Systems Control General Tab

Enter or edit the information on the System Control General Information window according to the following specifications:

Job Code Total

The job code total is an error-trapping feature used in the ticket entry process.  The feature ensures that the job value for all producers entered on the ticket is equal to this value.  Most users would enter an “8” in this field.  For example, if a producer is assigned a “J1” job code (Cut, Skid, Load, & Haul with a value of 8), the ticket would be complete when the producer was entered on the ticket.  If a producer is assigned a “J2” job code (Cut, Skid, & Load with a value of 6), the ticket would NOT be complete until a hauler (with a job value of 2) is entered on the ticket.  The producer value of 6 plus the hauler value of 2 will equal the job code total of 8.
