The system provides an in depth view of the detail information for each ticket. Most of the fields on the Detail windows are protected and are shown with the cyan background color.
To access the detail information, click on the Detail button, or press “Alt D”.
The system will display the Destination and Owner Detail window as follows:
To access online help, click on the Help button, press “Alt H”, or press F1.
To save and exit the Destination and Owner Detail window, press Page Down, click on the OK button, or press “Alt O”. To exit without saving the Destination and Owner Detail window, click on the Cancel button, press “Alt C”, press Esc, or click on the “X” in the upper right corner of the screen.
