Volume Entry Tab

The system defaults to displaying the Volume Entry tab.  To access the Volume Entry tab from another window in Enter/Edit Tickets, click on the Volume Entry tab, or press “Alt V”.

 

Enter or edit the information on the Volume Entry tab according to the following specifications:

 

Gross Volume

The gross volume field defaults to the ticket header volume, if there is only one product on the ticket, press Enter, or the Tab key to accept the displayed volume.  If there are multiple products on the ticket, enter the actual gross volume for the product displayed.

 

Number of Logs

If applicable, enter the number of logs for the product.  If the product requires the entry of the number of logs, the cursor advances to the logs field.  If the product does not require the entry of the number of logs, the cursor skips the logs field.

 

Cull Code

If applicable, enter the cull code for the product.  Cull codes are defined in the destination. If there are no culls defined for the destination, the cursor skips the cull code field.

 

Cull Volume

If you have entered a cull code, an entry in the cull volume field is required.  If you did not enter a cull code, the cursor skips the cull volume field.

 

From this point on in the ticket entry process, the fields default to the values assigned in the tract file.  

 

Destination Unit of Measure

The unit field defaults to the unit of measure assigned to the destination in the tract and the user is not allowed access.  If the wrong unit of measure is displayed, please go to the tract and enter the correct unit of measure.

 

Destination Rate

The destination rate field defaults to the rate assigned in the tract.  Accept the displayed rate, or double-click on the destination rate and override it with the correct rate.

 

Owner Unit of Measure

The field defaults to the unit of measure assigned to the owner in the tract and the user is not allowed access.  If the wrong unit of measure is displayed, please go to the tract and enter the correct unit of measure.

 

Owner Rate

This owner rate field defaults to the rate assigned in the tract.  Accept the displayed rate, or double-click on the owner rate and override it with the correct rate.

 

Producer Unit of Measure

The field defaults to the unit of measure assigned to the producer in the tract and the user is not allowed access.  If the wrong unit of measure is displayed, please go to the tract and enter the correct unit of measure.

 

Producer Rate

This producer rate field defaults to the rate assigned in the tract.  Accept the displayed rate, or double-click on the producer rate and override it with the correct rate.
